I was treated with total respect. Everybody was extremely friendly. Dr. Palmer is absolutely incredible. A great guy, a good physician, and I'm grateful for him and his staff that assisted in the procedure were incredible and very friendly. And I would definitely go back to him at some point in time if I need to.

I have had a wonderful experience at this office. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I never have to wait very long and I am in and out in a timely manner. My concerns are always addressed.

Was hoping for a better understanding of my needs / issue. Felt as if I needed to explain things in my chart, but since I don't know all the terminology, there was a disconnect. Would have been helpful if my previous tests and treatments were reviewed thoroughly ahead of my visit, so better options could have been presented to me for treatment, and I wouldn't have to explain what I thought I had already been tested for. I was offered a brace to wear forever or surgery that would leave my wrist with partial mobility forever. I was referred to the hand center in confidence that I would get treatment and resolve the issue.

Dr Palmer was very open about treatment options and provided all the pros and cons. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to listen to me.

I was so pleased with the time and attention given to my problem. I also liked the step by step recommendations for my hand issues. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful.

The front office staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Dr. Palmer was great and the staff was quick to get me back, X-ray my wrist and read it. They were also willing to let me go right back to the therapy group to make a splint near the end of their work shift so that I would not have to return at a later date.

It's a little stuffy in those small rooms once you close the door. Maybe if you could have some air circulate when you do close the doors, that would be helpful. And Dr. Palmer, the whole staff is wonderful. Dr. Palmer, I couldn't be more delighted with both his surgical skills and his bedside manner. And both are equally as important. Thank you very much for everything.

Dr. Palmer has consistently listened to me and has tried to resolve any issues with action and planning. I know what to be expecting in my treatment. I appreciate his interest in starting with the lowest impact procedures and saving invasive treatments as a last resort. Thank you Dr Palmer!

Staff all doctors' offices within The Prisma Healthcare system the way you staff The Hand Center doctors office. The entire staff is very pleasant to interract with, from the front desk to the doctor and their team all the way to the checkout staff, just amazing. Start to finish it is always a pleasant experience

One last thing is that when I thanked the folks at the front desk, they responded with, "Thank you! I love my job!" (In unison, no less!) What else can be said? Thank you!

I could not initially get an appointment for over a month. A fried intervened and was able to get me in earlier.

Didn't understand why I couldn't see X-rays to help understand my problem I wanted corrected on the knowledge I had of it

Felt very comfortable with everyone who I came in contact with. Am pleased to find this office. Explained everything I asked about & more.

With everyone I encountered both at urgent care and the hand center. I actually felt I was their personal family member. It was the most rewarding experience I've ever had in the healthcare facility. Considering my circ*mstances, it may think so much easier, especially during the holiday season.

I would just like to say that Dr. Palmer and his staff was the most courteous, respectful doctors I have ever been to with the exception of my primary doctor. He was very knowledgeable in everything that I needed and knew exactly what to do and he was just so courteous and made me feel like a family member.

Dr. Palmer addressed all of my questions and concerns. He treats his patients with kindness and respect. He listens carefully and makes his patients feel at ease. Enjoyable visit and my hand treatment was treated on the area that was giving me the most discomfort.

I was very nervous at first. Then during my visit I felt less and less nervous. Great staff! I felt so much better.

I was sad about my accident when I came to his office but when I left things seemed better

It would be nice to be able to get a visit quicker. I waited for over two months. I called pretty much every week to see if there has been a cancelation. I had an issue with my hands, and waiting for two months was way too much.

My doctor listened all of my concerns and answers all of my questions and always treats me with the upmost respect.

Office is great. Only drawback is location of office. Online check in is wonderful when utilized.

Dr. Palmer and his entire staff like the whole office is absolutely phenomenal. And yeah, I just hope that he continues to practice until long after patients. No longer need those types of services because technologically has been advanced in the medical field. So I'm just really grateful and he has saved my life.

Dr. Palmer was thorough and caring. This was a post operative visit and the sites were thoroughly examined with great results. If I ever to need his services again I would not hesitate.

There were a few glitches about getting in but the provider was very personable and very informative. He explained the differential diagnoses and treatment options clearly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

My hand felt better the same day

I only wish it didn't take so long to get in because I was in a fair amount of pain but I was able to schedule my next follow up appointment on time!

It was a really good visit. Then they set md up for surgery.

Dr. Palmer, is an amazing doctor. He has done surgery on me twice, over the past several years, and I am very well pleased with him and his explanation of everything that goes on. I highly, recommend him to everybody I talk to.

Dr. Palmer is the most professional and caring hand doctor. He is very knowledgeable and treats each patient with dignity and respect. I've had to personally use him several times as well as other members of my family. I recommend him as often as I can. I can't thank him enough for the level of care that he provides.
