Through one or more core projects, weekly meetings with their mentor/manager, and participation in cross-through functional educational experiences, the LCMC Intern is exposed to a learning experience that is broad-based to modern health care delivery practices. Interns will gain familiarity with the operations of a full tertiary hospital through full exposure within departments of the hospital.
