• Relocation will not be offered for this role

Responsibilities

• The main task is to coordinate required training for our technicians in the US which includes
• Identifying training requirements for US offshore technicians
• Identifying local training providers and setting up Purchase Orders
• Organizing booking meetings with offshore US Line Managers
• Coordinating training dates, book training and manage qualification registration
• Managing shared team-inboxes (weekly)
• In addition, be subject matter expert on local conditions in the US including cultural awareness and coordination with US Unions

Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, And Experience

• The ideal candidate:
• Has good IT-skills
• Has great communication-skills
• Is a team-player
• Can work independently and take ownership of own area of responsibility
• Should be willing to travel both domestically and abroad
• Is able to work remote and with other team members online
• Experience with working within the wind industry or with training coordination is an advantage
• Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
• Qualified applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
