Hiring Department

ParentLink offers parenting information and support to all Missourians using a variety of delivery methods to ensure universal access. Since 1989, ParentLink has served tens of thousands of Missouri families as well as service providers working with them. ParentLink became the Help Me Grow (HMG) Missouri Affiliate (HelpMeGrowNational.org) in 2015 and continues as such, joining 27 other states to focus dedicated attention on health and well-being of young children.

Job Description

  • Assist in covering the TEL-LINK phone line M-F from 8am to 5pm.
  • Kinship Support Group:
  • Email reminders for the Thursday meetings on the Monday before.
  • Attend Thursday meetings and rename callers from phone numbers to names. Record door prize winner.
  • Record participants in Teams for Tuesday Peer-to-Peer meetings and Thursday meetings.
  • Generate reports from Zoom with the breakdown of participants for Tuesday and Thursday meetings. Email reports to Kinship team.
  • Record breakdown of participants in Thursday meetings for quarterly reports.
  • Generate a training certificate for each Thursday meeting in Teams.
  • Quarterly Reports:
  • Login to Facebook to record counts of each post. There is a spreadsheet that is emailed to Matt quarterly.
  • Record training for staff members. Each member should record their training in Teams.
  • WarmLine Staff Satisfaction Surveys:
  • Fill out spreadsheet with surveys that are returned in the mail or recorded in Qualtrics.
  • Other duties as assigned

Shift

Part Time - 30 hours per week

Hours will be M-F, between 8am-5pm.

Minimum QualificationsAn Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $18.00-$22.50/hour

Grade: GGS 007
