Tucked away in the Secrets section of Triumphs for Destiny 2: Into the Light is a series of quests that task you with finding everybody's favorite Exo dog Archie. Originally introduced during Season of the Seraph, Archie is a lovable canine companion who used to hang out in the Tower, but these days, he's been stuck by some wanderlust. The April 30 Destiny 2 update introduced Where in the Cosmodrome is Archie? quest.

How to Start Where in the Cosmodrome is Archie?

Just like Where in the Tower is Archie?, you'll begin this quest by visiting his usual napping spot just outside Ada-1's room in the Tower. Look for the glowing neon paw prints to kick things off, and then pay Ada-1 a visit. She'll send you to the Cosmodrome to track Archie down.

Visit Shaw Han in the Cosmodrome to ask about Archie's whereabouts.

Warp to the landing zone in The Stepps to visit Shaw Han, the Vanguard contact in this area. He'll mention seeing Archie and that the dog was "barking about a cave."

Archie heard rumors about a "cave full of loot."

Cosmodrome? Cave? That's the iconic Loot Cave, which eventually inspired the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon. Fast-travel to the Skywatch landing zone on the northern edge of the area map. The Loot Cave will be directly ahead. As soon as you drop down into the area with the Hive spires reaching up into the sky, turn around to see Archie's footprints leading into a cave.

Archie wanted to scope out the complex where we held off the Hive and re-established communication with lost colonies across the system.

This complex is from one of the oldest missions in Destiny history. From where you spawn in at Skywatch, enter the building underneath you and continue following the path until you enter the Terrestrial Complex. Keep heading deeper into the facility. You'll wind up on an open platform with a bunch of Fallen. Follow it around and to the right into a room. There's an invulnerable sniper on the far side of the room directly ahead on the other side of the central console.

As you approach, they teleport away, and you'll find Archie's latest set of pawprints directly underneath where the sniper was standing.

Archie heard about a place where freshly-risen Guardians used to sneak past danger to hang out in front of an old bunker door beyond the Shores.

The "Shores" here refers to the Forgotten Shores, an area just south of your current location. Turn around directly away from Archie's paw prints, then turn left to follow that passage all the way through until you wind up outside again. (You can also approach the Shore by going east out of Mothyards.) As soon as you enter the Forgotten Shore, you can summon your Sparrow. Follow the main road all the way to the Grottos further south.

Once the path turns right, you want to head left to the lower path leading to Rasputin's old bunker. That same Fallen sniper will be there, but they'll teleport away as you get close If you've ever done the Fallen S.A.B.E.R. strike, that bunker entrance is where you need to go.

Archie's last stop. He wanted to find a ship of his own to take back to the Last City.

To find Archie's last stop in the Cosmodrome, fast travel back to The Steppes near Shaw Han. Instead of moving toward Shaw, turn around and a little right to follow the corridor. Not far away, you'll find Archie imprisoned in a small force field being guarded by a surprisingly strong group of Fallen.

The Reaver Vandal you've been tracking joins the fight. Once you get them down to about 10% health, they teleport away, freeing Archie. (That probably means this same Vandal will be the ongoing villain for these Find Archie quests.)

Offer Archie his usual Pawsitive Reinforcement.

Return to Ada-1 in the Annex of the Tower.

When you return to the Annex in the Tower, Archie will be back on his usual blanket outside of Ada-1's room. Talk to Ada, and you'll receive Archie's gift: Spinfoil Hat. Like the Expired Ramen Coupon, it has no use and can safely be dismantled.
