When it comes to answering the question "What do you do?" It gets complicated*!In a week I could be coaching a client to excel on the stage. Helping someone get over their fear of networking and that elevator pitch.Training business owners on no cost marketing.Networking via my confidential mastermind group and sharing leads that lead to hundreds of thousands of pounds of new business.I could be helping someone set up a blog or write their first book and get a publisher to take them seriously.I could be working with a really stressed out team who have stupid deadlines right now and are working silly hours, so they work less and get more done with less stress.I could be talking about overwhelm or I could be talking about how to be confident.Or I could be email coaching on one of my 14 courses. So, what do I do?*To say it's an honour to work with Julia is an understatement. Her dedication to her customers, mission and business are unparalleled. Watch this space as Julia is doing amazing things...I'm just the cheerleader!Well, let's just say it doesn't fit on a business card!So I mostly go by Author, Mentor and Cheerleader - and as I heard said many times today, kick butter - not sure I'm putting that on a business card! What do you do?

Yesterday, my referral partner sent me this powerful text that really hit home: "Most 'overnight successes' are preceded by many years of hard work and failures...." It got me reflecting on my own career journey and the path that led me to where I am today.I started my career in nursing, dedicating myself to caring for critical care patients and saving lives in the emergency room. Holding the hands of those in their final moments and working tirelessly to bring hope to their loved ones. It was a calling that fulfilled me, but it also took a toll on my spirit. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't save everyone. The weight of that responsibility weighed heavily on my shoulders, and I often felt like a failure. But then, an opportunity presented itself, a chance to make a difference in a different light.I decided to shift my focus to serving people in our justice system, offering hope and support to those who needed it most. It was a leap of faith, but I knew deep down that this was my calling. My ultimate goal was to positively impact the lives of 5,000 individuals this year, to bring light into their darkness. With a little less than four months to go, I am determined more than ever to reach my goal. I am almost there and I am not stopping. Today, as I reflect on my journey, I realize that success doesn't happen overnight. It's not about instant gratification or immediate results. It's about the years of hard work, the countless failures, and the unwavering determination to keep going. So, if you're feeling discouraged or like you're not making progress fast enough, remember that every great achievement is built on a foundation of perseverance and resilience. #referrals #Perseverance #MakingADifference #themorganconnection

🌟 Lessons from a Pioneer: The Power of Accountability 🌟"Florence Nightingale, the English pioneer of modern nursing, is quoted as saying, 'I attribute my success to this: I never gave or took an excuse.'"These words echo the importance of accountability in achieving greatness. Excuses may temporarily shield us, but they also hinder growth. Let's draw inspiration from Nightingale's unwavering commitment to responsibility and elevate our own journeys. 🚀#AccountabilityMatters #Inspiration #SuccessMindset
